“Tried Hawks Nest Kitchen and Bar for the first time, it’s got that upper end pub feel with a great local crowd .. best kept secret is Maine Lunch is on tap. 😊
The truffled Hawk Tots are good and the burger with bleu cheese was great but ask for extra blue cheese. :)

“Service was great. Several times I've been there and had to send something back. Once was a riblets plate with honey barbecue sauce. A side salad was ordered. Instead got a riblet plate with spicy hot barbecue sauce and fries. I ordered steak and had to send it back repeatedly because it was rare instead of medium, then well done. I gave up sending it back that night and smothered my steak with mashed potatoes... Either someone was new to the job or learned to cook properly.“
