“The manager was working hard on the line, organizing the crew with a positive attitudeIt was like a ballet and fun to watchHe was very encouraging of everyone working for himI just got coffee with an espresso shot, and was very happy with the results“
“Love this place. I'm a regular. A+ across the grid except folks, your tiny napkins are horrible. I have to use about 20 to eat a burger. Do yourselves a favor and profile a decent napkin. If not I'm gonna start bringing my own Viva. You're a burger joint...time to step it up! ?“
“One of my favorite breakfast spots! The fruity pebble French toast literally is MIND BLOWING & very crave-worthy. Such an amazing crunch & flavor loaded - it's my go to recommendation for anyone going to Fat Dog. Amazing service - relocating to a larger space. A well-earned locals favorite. It's a must!“
“I went there with a group of friends Friday night and had a great time with perfect service and atmosphere. They put on NCAA tournament game for us while I enjoyed The Rattler. (if you order this sandwich, go with the fried chicken option), I’m already looking forward to going back and getting the exact same sandwich. It was that good.“
“Was told about this place from a buddy of mine that goes to UNH, the service here was fast, friendly, and the food was surprisingly cheap. The quality and taste of the food was exceptional, especially considering you can get a specialty burger, specialty fries and a drink for just $15. Quite possibly the tastiest burger you can get in the entire Seacoast, I will definitely be coming back!Parking: Parking is done from the road, but considering its near UNH campus and fraternity/sorority houses, spots can be difficult to find“
“We eat at Betty's Kitchen at least once each time we come to Rye. We love this place for the comfort food breakfast. The menu has plenty of choices for egg omelettes, pancakes, French Toast, meats, and sides without the menu being too long. Absolutely have to try it.Parking: Parking is plentiful.“
“Always a great time with great food. Come early if you want to beat the wait, but they have a great phone app that keeps you posted on your table. If there is a wait, usually a quick walk to the waterfront and they’re texting that your table is ready.“
“Went to Portsmouth for a Birthday weekend. When we go away I loke to see what places we would like to eat and the BRGR Bar did not disappoint. The burgers were great definitely needed to cut it in half. One of the best burgers I have ever had. When in the area one of the places I will go to. Our server Mike was great.“
“Ordered delivery via one of the apps. I meant to order from a closer location but got Portsmouth. Delivery time was extended 3 times. My fault for living more than 5 miles from the place. The tenders were fantastic. Absolutely delicious. Could use more sauce but were fine just as they were. When I Airfried the leftovers they were also great. I got onion rings. Very greasy. Thick. Very greasy. Probably wouldn't get them again. I got fries. Cold by the time I got them. Looked under cooked. Basically cold raw limp potatoes Order the tenders-you won't go wrong.“
“Had to check if this was a real farm for the fries but it checks out actually which was an interesting read. I just get the fries here since they are cooked in peanut oil and I'm a vegetarian shakes we're pretty good not the best I've ever had but better than McDonald'“
“A delightful local eatery offering an inviting, casual dining experience. The menu boasts a variety of hearty, flavorful burger and hot dog options, capturing the essence of comfort food with a unique twist. The ambiance is relaxed and friendly, perfect for family dinners or catching up with friends. Lighting a bit harsh with its bright white tone. Ingredients tasted fresh. It kind of felt like an extremely small town, localized version of a Shake Shack! A solid choice for those in search of a satisfying American meal in a laid-back setting.“
“Great food, huge servings, unlimited fountain refills, bottomless fries and peanuts to crack and eat while waiting.Handcut skin on fries, really good but slightly overpriced shakes, the buns are amazing if you eat in store, they get a bit soggy if you transport them, the toppings are always fresh and crisp and the burgers...Oh My, Those Burgers! If you like smash burgers or sliders the size of smash burgers, you need to hit your nearest Five Guys. Portsmouth and Dover are both great locations.“
“Love this place! Patty melt and fried Chicken sandwich are favs! Service always a pleasure. Staff is amazballs.Surprised by previous review from Chris. Did he ask beforehand if they could accommodate his dietary restrictions? Also, it’s illegal for many restaurants to allow outside food into their establishment. I’m sure if he had asked before miscommunication could’ve been avoided.“
“Staff was very accommodating. We had a very large group of family and friends. The staff wasn't expecting us as no one had called ahead to let them know we were coming. They moved almost all of their tables together for us. The service was fantastic. No one had to wait for long to be served.“
“I would share pictures but I dug in too fast. I had the Put a Ring on It and I even had it for pickup and everything about it was PERFECT. Open the container the presentation of a take out order was BEAUTIFUL and it tastes EVEN BETTER!!!Also my coworker got the Lexie’s Big Mouth and said he could eat about 8 more!!!Highly recommend!!“
“I’ve enjoyed Tim’s for brisket tacos a few times while hanging out at Tideline. But! Did you know they cater? We used them for our office holiday party and enjoyed zesty brisket, savory bbq chicken and even a lovely lively shrimp scampi for the pescatarialy oriented within our party. Also! We could have easily created an entire meal out of just the sides: Mashed potato, sweet potato, mac & cheese, and a fabulously roasted Parmesan asparagus with all garnishes and fixin’s available to boot. It was like a second thanksgiving! Everyone raved. The planning process was easy and transparent and in meal service highly attentive. My biggest regret was not having enough capacity to eat literally every dish available. Thanks guys!“
“I absolutely love this restaurant! I have been going here for many years, always top notch. What stands out to me the most is the costumer service. The staff are truly amazing. I want to recognize Pam. She greets you with a big smile and goes far beyond her role to satisfy everyone's needs. She is always running around, working hard. She makes my day!!! Thank you Pam for being so great and always making our trips to New England pizza amazing!“
“We moved to NC several years ago and have never found pizza to compare with the Bratskellar. Perfect crust, high grade cheeses, many optional toppings including Greek sausage. Very active pizza kitchen and ovens surrounded by the bar. Many other items on the menu as well and they are all well prepared and portioned. We've bee customers for 25 years.“
“Locals is a classic example of a sports bar. They have improved over the years but still stick to their roots. On this particular visit, we noticed how they hustled to keep everyone happy on Saint Patrick's Day. They are great at what they do.This restaurant has a massive bar, multiple TVs to watch sports, and games such as dart boards. Perfect place to catch up with friends. The drinks are STRONG! Each time I visit I can only handle one. As for the food, it is decent. If you stick to the apps and comfort food you will be satisfied. If you're looking for a drink and to watch a game, I recommend Locals.“
“This is the first restaurant I've visited while being back in the US, and I wasn't disappointed. The fish in the sandwich was twice as big as the bun!Great people, great location, and great food.I think the only thing I would change would be to add some made in hause sauces for the food.Overall great experience.Parking: There is plenty of parking on site.“
“One of the most welcoming, friendliest taverns in Portsmouth! Greta food, great atmosphere, great service and affordable prices. Add to this they are "kid friendly" it's a real nice place to go for a couple of drinks in the afternoon.“
“Amazing quality meat with great accomodations for gluten free and dairy free. Love their GF buns the burger selection and their fries are pretty damn good too. My favorite burger is the farmhouse and I tend to make it a triple patty. So good and a great price too. Always such friendly staff and very cozy atmosphere if you choose to dine in.“
“The ladies at Suds recommended this establishment for a great breakfast, they were spot on. The service was great and the food was equally great. Staff is extremely friendly and they all work well together. Well run restaurant, they will be successful with how they are running, I will be back.“
“Good location and fun atmosphere. Cool promotions and food specials. Ample beer assortment. Friendly owners and staff. Kind of a sports bar vibe. Reasonable prices. It would be better with more space, but that's true of many fine establishments. We'll be back!“
“We hosted a coed baby shower in the function room, it was fantastic. I couldn't believe how much food there was. From salads, pizzas, and pasta, a wonderful variety. They also made a special gf pizza for my niece with celiac. Guests were raving about it. The servers were accommodating, and kept up with the crowd. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the room is a little tired. However, after we added decorations and people it was not noticed. Don't hesitate to book your function at Roger's Pizza. There is a reason they have been in business for over 50 years!“
“This place is a gem. I always wanted an authentic lobster roll from somewhere in New England and I finally got it. It was everything I wanted and more. Scallops and clams were terrific too. Will visit again when I'm back up this way. Thanks yall.“
“The food was in point...but I have to say service is very slow. There was a poor woman next to us that was by herself in ordered eggs. Benedict. She asked the hostess to check on her food because she has been sitting for over an hour waiting. Her food family came out but it was lukewarm. Our food, took 35 minutes and it was not busy in the restaurant wasn't busy because we sat right down. Maybe the cook was short-handed, but I know it doesn't take upwards of 45 minutes to receive breakfast.“
