You don't run steam into latte if the customer wants foam a bit hotter and stiffer.
Americano is one shot pulled into two ounces of 180° hot water.

I stopped going to this location a while ago for the reoccurring problem that my order was never correct. I took a chance today because i was desperate for an energy boost before work, i gave a big tip and everything. My order was so wrong i had to just dump it out and waste my money and my time. I don’t understand how this happens everytime i go here. I have a diary allergy and they have consistently used whole milk when I have asked them to remake my drink the barista was so rude to me, i’m sorry it’s inconvenient but it’s also dangerous to not pay attention to allergy issues. I used to love aromas but this location has ruined that for me. It’s always the same two people as well, the cashier is a joy but the barista is never kind.

I bought a hot chocolate today to split at home with my nieces. I asked for no toppings (no whip or marshmallows). When I got home, there was an over 1.5 inch gap between the top of the hot chocolate at the lip of the cup.
Normally, it is full to the brim. Luckily, I had Swiss miss at home, so I added a packet to the Arona zjoe’s hot chocolate with some water and microwaved it so there would be enough to split with my nieces.
This is totally unacceptable. I received about a medium amount in a large cup.
Never have I ever had such a hot and fresh breakfast sandwich from anywhere else!! And my frojoe coffee: I drank every last drop! The caramel and chocolate was Delicious! I even got napkins, and I was actually pleasantly surprised to get them (most places forget). This location seriously served!
