“I loved my salad and the service was good. The place is quite large (and not very busy) but there were long periods of time without service. Not our servers fault. Our booth was very nice and roomy but not visable to the rest of the restaurant. Our server really seemed to care. I was a little annoyed that the “free refillable sodas” that came with the kids’ meals was only for certain sodas. Not clear on the menu and not explained when we ordered. The kids would have been happy with cokes or sprites. $22 later on soda, when the bill came, we realized sofas weren’t so free. I don’t mind spending money but hate wasting it.“

“Menu was good, a little bit of everything. It was a nice adult atmosphere and no screaming children to contend with. I will say though the wait staff could be a i friendlier and more attentive.“

“Awesome place and awesome service Brickyard Hollow here in Augusta Maine. I been here before. My 1st time this year on August 4th 2025. Cheers to Summer and great beer too. 👍👍👍 The counter server today on August 4th at 11:50 am. is awesome friendly. 👍 I'll be back again soon.“

“I stopped in on a whim and boy I’m glad i did! We created by a very friendly host and then sat at a table and immediately greeted by our server whom was beyond amazing! His name is Erik (Eric) in sure of spelling! But he was friendly and warm and made us feel completely welcome the entire time! Ask for him if you want great service! It’s hard to find these days . Thank you for a great day out that doesn’t happens often . You Erik made it great THANK YOU!“
