Came today and they were out of chips, guac, brown rice, chicken, cheese, sour cream, salsas and FORKS! Horrible experience. Bathroom and tables were both dirty.
TERRIBLE experience today at SOPO location and do not recommend a single person enter that building. It was dirty and like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. We placed an order with a total of 4 bowls and 1 burrito for pick up and ended up waiting over 25 minutes (after placing the order 40mins prior) only to enter the store and watch the workers proceed to “clean”, set up their work stations, and start making food 20 minutes after opening time. There is always some issue at this Chipotle. Last time it was the online order taking 45 minutes behind delivery the pickup time they assigned me. This time it was ridiculously inconsistent portion sizes. One burrito was made by one server and was huge. The next three were made by someone who came out and relieved her. She was spooning out half portions, as if the food was the last food on Earth and needed to be rationed. So done with this awful place.
