We dined at the City Farmhouse for breakfast. The food was good. The home fries were great, not greasy or heavily seasoned. I appreciated that they had gluten free bread for toast AND that they have a dedicated gluten free toaster and butter. The server seemed knowledgeable in allergies as well. The only reason I gave this restaurant 4 stars, instead of 5, is because I felt like the prices were a bit high.
My boyfriend and I had dinner at the bar a couple of weeks ago. Beautiful decor and my chicken dinner was excellent- loved it! My boyfriend had steak and he really enjoyed it. Josie the bartender was super friendly and helpful with menu recommendations- really glad she steered me in the direction of the chicken dinner. Josie made me an awesome cosmo. Terrific service from Josie. We’ll be back- I want to try the burgers but that chicken dinner will be hard to pass up.
A previous night the pizza chef seemed to have particular hostility towards Kris but then proceeded to bite everyone’s head that approached the pizza oven area. She wore a chefs jacket which gave her false credibility. This is not what I would expect from the chef. She made her issues public and uncomfortable to customers In the area. She could have taken it to the back but lacked the professionalism to settle this matter privately. I would not want her around me or my coworkers....
