I'm really disappointed to be honest. I've tried ordering here a few times over the last few weeks on the app or the website, and every time I get an error message. I'm not sure if the store is having issues or if all the times I've tried ordering they're just REALLY busy. I've got a picky toddler and no car. We eat Dominos a lot. It's been brought running into this issue so frequently.
This is an updated review. I originally wrote a scathing review after getting an order with multiple mistakes. After receiving my complaint, the manager called and left me a voicemail offering me a free pizza. I forgot to actually call him back but found points in my account for a free pizza so I ordered again to give them another chance. This time my pizza order was correct, it came super quickly, and the delivery driver was super friendly. My food was fresh, hot, and tasty....
The person taking my order was so rude! They wouldn’t talk or ask any questions, so I didn’t know what to say. We stayed on call silent for a few mins, and they didn’t even say “have a nice day”, or “have a good one” they were overall rude, but the person servering me and delivering the food was so kind, also the food is awesome :)
