Absolutely amazing coffee and customer service!!!

I stopped for coffee and the barista Ram was very kind and pleasant. You can truly see he cares about his role and I enjoyed my experience here.

Wonderful experience and food everytime.

My wife, kids, and I came into the coffee shop this morning shortly after opening for a black coffee and some hot chai tea. My oldest daughter asked the gentleman behind counter about the "Ungrinch" beverage and it's ingredients. The gentleman proceeded to give my daughter the beverage for free, despite our insistence that we pay. My kids were incredibly grateful and it absolutely made their day. It was very generous and kind of the gentleman and I hope he realized the joy it brought to my kids day.

The person working was so kind and my smoothie was so good, I spilled some smoothie on myself and they let me wash my hands behind the counter🥲❤️

I was in the Maine Mall, desperately searching for somewhere that would have hot water to warm up a bottle for my newborn - having forgotten my thermos at home. The owner (who, from the reviews, must be Ram) was kind enough to set me up with hot water in a metal pitcher that was the perfect size for my bottle. He was so kindhearted, not even giving me an option to leave a tip on the payment screen. And the raspberry boba tea was excellent.

It is rare to find such excellent customer service, kindness, and empathy from a stranger. It made my day. And, based on other reviews, I am not alone in my experience. Please take care Ram - sending you my appreciation!

The gentleman making our coffee was friendly and helpful. The price for 2 medium iced coffees was $14. I was a little taken back about the cost but didn't question it.

Nice gentlemen behind the counter (Ram), he gave us great recommendations with awesome drinks at the end, we tried horchata chiller, coconut flavor was awesome with just right amount of sweetness. Apart from this, we also tried frozen mango and cold brew coffee, both either awesome flavors. Must try this hidden gem.

Ram is such a nice person and the hot coffee with caramel he suggested to me and my husband was so great ?? the cheesecake is superb also… this is a nice place to get a coffee in the mall I swear??????
