IT WAS SO GOOD. The customer service was awesome the sweet man asked if we wanted hot or cold sweet or not fruity and we got the best drinks ! I got a banana drink and my friend is superrrr picky and got something she loved ! 10/10

Absolutely wonderful place to go, they have a large variety of food and so far from ehat I've tried its all delicious, the staff are incredibly friendly whether you prefer a good conversation while waiting for food or you prefer a more 'scroll on your phone because you're socially awkward' kinda thing they're incredibly accommodating, plus their location is perfect for anyone not wanting to deal with the overcrowded food court but still want to grab something to nosh on

Guy was super friendly. I got a pistachio white chocolate, hot chocolate he was able to make it non-dairy using almond milk perfect warm drink for this chilly day. Delicious.

Some older Indian employee guy was rude to my sister multiple times (and kinda weird too) when I was ordering here with her (our first time here btw), so I give this place a 1 star for its service, this employee should be fired. And I give this a 2 star for “food” because a drink I got like wasn’t gross but kinda tasted like nothing and its after taste had more taste then the drink itself, and I give the atmosphere a 3 star because the store is kinda cute but kinda dirty to be honest. But anyway I can’t imagine we’re the first people he was randomly rude/passive aggressive towards. He didn’t do it to the people before us. He even laughed at my sister. Like what. I’m angry I didn’t have the guts to stick up for her

It was my first time ever coming in and I asked for a chiller and he said coffee or no coffee and when I didn’t understand the question he laughed at me and said “how is that so hard for you to understand I’m asking if you want coffee or no coffee”. He then asked me if I had ever had coffee before and when I told him i work at a Dunkin he asked me to come help him make the drink. Very rude. And I no longer want to get drinks there now. I work for another store in the mall and am here several days a week so this is very sad for me. When I was walking off with no smile on my face since he made me very uncomfortable, he continued to try and say things to me and said “nice, nice keep doing that” and something else I could not understand.. I didn’t get his name but he seemed to be older and Indian.

Dirty dirty dirty. Looks like the place hasn't seen a deep cleaning in months. There was coffee dripping everywhere behind the counter the employees just walk past daily without cleaning up. How can you be paid on staff and not deal with the mess like that around you. Staff was surfing phone doing nothing.

Lobby had tons of crust, dripping, and trash on the floor. You could see fingerprints and smudges on everything. On top of that they charged over $8 for a latte. More expensive then a Starbucks, dressed like one, but disgusting inside. The snacks looked terrible too. Prepacked comes in frozen crap, left in its wrapper full of preservatives. Lots of trash built up on counters, corners, etc.

They were about to close their defense, however the dirtyness, staining, and drippings in lobby and behind the counter didn't happen in one day. It's been weeks of neglect to get that disgusting, look at the corners where they meet the floor. I Don't recommend going here.

Ram is absolutely amazing! He made the drinks quickly and they were delicious. If you have no idea what you want, he’ll figure it out for you :)
