“The manager who was in charge made a situation where I would have been upset she made sure I left happy ? I'm not exactly sure what went on last night but the drive thru was a hot mess and we were in line for a happy meal and a drink and it took wayyyyy to long!!!!! So I called the McDonald's and asked what was going on? When we pulled up to the window the manager came right over and said your the girl who called I said yes ma'am!!! She replies I'm not charging you for your order because of the inconvenience!!!! She took an opportunity and made things right ✅️!!!!! She also made my son happy because we waited for his chicken nuggets!!!! Kudos to this McDonald's ? you are doing the right thing!!!!!“
“Funny story...my mom and dad both worked at this McDonald's location in the 80's, met and began dating. Now every time I go to this McDonalds, I think "it's thanks to this place that I exist!"
On a serious note, the drive-thru is always fast, the food is up to par, and the employees are always friendly. Of all the McDonald's locations I've visited, I've always had the more positive experiences at this one.“
