Great first time experience there. The bagels are to die for and the service was fast and very friendly ! A lot of regulars go there because the staff knew what they wanted before saying a word ! So you know they go there all the time ! A must try place !!

I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich which came with a side. The cost $9.99. Had the sandwich been $8 or $9 dollars I would have paid with a ten and left the change. Anyway when the thin blonde guy making the sandwich bagged it and placed it on the counter he said "oh no tip?" I grabbed the bag and left. I paid $9.99 for a ham and cheese sandwich. If they dropped their price by a dollar or two a tip would have been had but to expect a tip is rude. Tips are given when cash is extra and service is great . Cash wasn't extra and service was paid for with my $10 dollar sandwich.
Thank you for responding. This might help. Just as I was reaching for the bag the girl who took my order came to him and spoke in his ear. I didnt think much on it. Barely a second after she spoke to him was when the comment was made.

I normally would give this place 5 stars, but that's when the owner were there. I grew up in the restaurant industry and if we had customers we stayed open longer if needed because that's a good thing and we called that profits. My advice to the owners is tell their employees that the customers come first and don't put anything away until the last customers leaves the store and the door is locked. There were 6 employees and plenty of bagel in the bins and one employee changed the hours with a paper note on the door and told coustmer that came in that they couldn't eat in and started putting things away with coustmers wanting to order. I am rethinking where we go eat for lunch. There was definitely some attitude the day we were there. After being a customer on a regular basis I am not sure I'll return to this Mr. Bagel location.

I love their tofu cream cheese—seriously silky. They don't skimp on schmear. Ice coffee is always great. They offer almond milk creamer in the fridge for guest use. Service is quick and pleasant. They ask clarifying questions to get you exactly what you want. Always bring cash for a discount. Seasonal decor and conversation between guests are prevalent. Day-old bagels are available for purchase along with pastries and cookies in their case. Everything is priced well. It keeps me coming back!
Having "done" a ton of delis and bagel joints throughout NY, NJ, Florida and other places, the bagels here are authentic and the cream cheese selection is exceptional. Service is quick, friendly and accommodating. Order ahead and it's packed and ready to go. It is simply a no-frills great place.

Great stop for bagels! Almost all bagels are vegan friendly, 4 vegan spreads, 1 vegan bagel sandwich. Artisan bagel sandwich was vegan and really good with the veggie spread.
I loved the vegan options here! Different tofu spreads, I got cinnamon raisin on a blueberry bagel. They also had beyond sausage available for sandwiches, hummus, Guacamole, pb, jam in addition to the different tofu spreads.

4 options for vegan cream cheese- plain, veggie, olive, and cinnamon raisin. Love that there was savory and a sweet option too! I had an everything with veggie, and it was toasted perfectly and had a good amount of cream cheese. It was a whipped texture that was so good. Best bagel and tofu CC I’ve had outside of NY.
