Great first time experience there. The bagels are to die for and the service was fast and very friendly ! A lot of regulars go there because the staff knew what they wanted before saying a word ! So you know they go there all the time ! A must try place !!
I normally would give this place 5 stars, but that's when the owner were there. I grew up in the restaurant industry and if we had customers we stayed open longer if needed because that's a good thing and we called that profits. My advice to the owners is tell their employees that the customers come first and don't put anything away until the last customers leaves the store and the door is locked. There were 6 employees and plenty of bagel in the bins and one employee...
I love their tofu cream cheese—seriously silky. They don't skimp on schmear. Ice coffee is always great. They offer almond milk creamer in the fridge for guest use. Service is quick and pleasant. They ask clarifying questions to get you exactly what you want. Always bring cash for a discount. Seasonal decor and conversation between guests are prevalent.
