1st time ordering last week was very good. Loved the pizza, salad and meatballs. 2nd time not good at all except salad. I ordered the white pizza and got a weird pizza that had very little cheese and a smear of sweet tomato sauce that was was slightly spread in little dabs ? so I called and said this isn't what I ordered. The young lady said you ordered a cheese pizza and I said no I ordered a white pizza and she said no that is called a 5 cheese pizza so I said I called it a white pizza last week and I got a white pizza! I guess it was semantics. I think that went over her head! So she said oh too bad. I said I'm disappointed and she said sorry? had to throw it out.

Tried this outlet and it was very good and consistent with others such as Gorham or Read Street. Not in the excellent category but very good pies and flavour and reliable. Good job on delviery too. Thank you

We were pleasantly surprised at how great the pizza was here. Had just got in from driving up to portland and didn’t really want to go out somewhere for dinner, so we stopped here. The pizza was fantastic. We got two smalls, the squash ricotta and cranberry, and a mashed potato bacon and scallion.
On paper, these do not sound like they would work on a pizza, but wow. Crust was still crunchy, and the flavors really worked together.
I didn’t realize they were a chain, and was thoroughly impressed.
Second time at an Otto’s, solid pizza and good prices.

I love Otto. The only issue I experience is the lack of consistency in the product. Sometimes it's an 8.1, sometimes it's a 6.4. Each and every time I place an order I request the pizza is made to be well done/crispy. I would say about 25% of the time they actually do it.

Otto is a great spot for pizza. Crispy crust, flavorful toppings, fast friendly service. Sauce has some zing, sausage was full of flavor, the mashed potato pizza got better as it cooled! Recommended for sure!

Unique pizza offerings. Nice thin crust. Friendly staff. When outside New York this is a very exceptional substitute to home. Third party delivery never picked up our order so we went and picked it up. Not Otto’s fault, this is just another reason why I rarely use 3rd party deliver service. Door dash is never reliable in my experience.
Update: pizza finally arrived at 8:20. Driver went to wrong hotel. We confirmed the name and address when calling. As suspected pizza was room temperature at best. Cheese had already set and became hard(like it does when sitting out for a while). Awful experience and would not recommend. Hopefully the manager will make it right tomorrow even though that should’ve been done tonight when we requested it to be cancelled initially.
Ordered at 7pm-given 30-40 minutes for delivery. Called at 7:55 because we knew they closed at 8-was told it had been ready for about 15 minutes but they were waiting on a delivery driver. Just asked to cancel and for a refund and we were told “if you get the pizza and it’s not good you can just call back tomorrow and ask for a refund”. 8:15 pm still waiting on pizza. I love 30 minute old pizza, don’t you?
