This is the go to for pizza in Maine. A nyc friend was up a few weeks ago, and was very timid to try ottos.. he's a nyc or bust kinda guy. He would not shut up about how impressive every slice was. From the pep, the classic cheese, even the potato and chive.. he would not shut up until he left town

Not family friendly. Would not recommend. Left in the middle of ordering. Management changed their mind on being capable of leaving a slice of pizza just cheese for my youngest child who can't do pepperoni.Very odd staff who clearly is under a control freak of a manager if she is unable to answer easy pizza place questions. Keep your money and go anywhere else. Scrappy customer service leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

I come to Portland every year and I make it a point to stop by. Some of the best pizza in the nation. Get the mashed potato and bacon. You won’t be disappointed.

I am so disappointed in the management at this location and prior than this only had good experience at Otto's. I ordered two pizzas online for pickup a week and a half ago. Get home realize they are both completely inedible! Completely uneven dough with holes throughout, charred black chunks encrusted on the bottom, and floppy because of how thin it was in the centers.Called and spoke to the woman who had given me the order, was so apologetic and said I'd get a full refund as I legit threw them in the trash. Fast forward a week have to call again because no refund was given. Left all my info with a different employee who said the manager would make sure it was taken care of when they got in and I'd hear back...never did.Not at all a good experience and am so dissapointed that this is how the take care of clear quality control problems with repeat customers. I have my own business and would never treat customers like that.

Bathroom sink faucet won’t shut off and the restroom is generally dirty and in need of a deep clean and updating. The second time I’m here months apart and the ice machine is empty or broken.Food is still great but the atmosphere and cleanliness is all time low. Definitely makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is…Parking: 20+

Eat here way too much, great pizza and vibe. Shoutout to Nina who is always friendly and serves up the best
I’m super dissatisfied with my recent experience here. The old port Ottos was always great, but this was rough, especially at $27 a pizza. Both pizzas were over baked, and the crust was too hard to eat (it was like a cracker). Then we had two side salads that had moldy red peppers on them. Typically I don’t care, but our bill was over $90 with the tip - I would have done better with a frozen pizza at home.

Service was quick and simple. Food was fresh. Having some background in pizza places, this was also nostalgic for me personally.Lately, this is the best Otto in Portland, way better than the Congress St locations.

The young girl at the counter was so warm and inviting. The pizza was great, I recommend the mashed potato, bacon, scallion pizza. Thank you to the counter and the kitchen staff!
