Service was quick and simple. Food was fresh. Having some background in pizza places, this was also nostalgic for me personally.Lately, this is the best Otto in Portland, way better than the Congress St locations.
NY style pizza served $3.75 per slice. I got 3 margherita slices. It's as good as pizza can get! They lacked some parm and other shakers and not all tables had napkin dispensers. 8/10
