Now under new management, and a great improvement. Good food, not TOO pricey, and much less pretentious and fussy than the old Olivers.
Great food and views.
Mosquitoes were terrible, food was good.
Awesome coastal spot. Highly recommend.
New Management for 2019 season, now called 'Cozy Dockside'. If this is your first time here, expect an overpriced sandwich shop with a great view and good service. If you've previously experienced Oliver's ... expect to be disappointed. Gone are the pasta and seafood dishes, gone is the on-tap beer (everything is cans/bottles now), and gone are the stylish dishware and cloth napkins. Food is served on metal tray and, while tasty, is overpriced and poorly presented. A $16 fish taco entree came with 2 tacos and a bag of potato chips. The milkshakes looked good though.
New ownership....better last year. Very limited menu. Food was good. The views of Cozy Harbor make up for the lack of selection. Beer and wine available .
Nice n clean..food good
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. I am proud to bring my family and guests here. Gluten free friendly menu
Beautiful setting. Food was very tasty and portions were great. Worth the money and the time to get there.
This place is under new management, now called Cozy's Dockside. Everything we had was delicious. The staff is friendly as well as attentive. We watched the sunset from the upper deck. Absolutely lovely.

Found the restaurant on Trip Advisor and rated #2 in Southport. Drove for two hours and the restaurant was closed. On the door is a sign “Open every day 11:30 to 8:00.†Really?
Loved it! So warm and inviting. Jason and Brandon were there best!!!
Awesome place last year thanks to Jason and Brandon. Hope you have those guys running show again
A bit pricey but food was very good. The view is stunning. I prefer to sit on the lower deck. Upstairs outside deck was cramped. Menu is limited. Fish and chips are a hit. Mostly seafood type menu.
Its pricey but it was good. Skip the baked Haddock. Fish tacos and chowder were good choices.
