“Blown away. We are spending a month in Bass Harbor and I was giddy when I found this place. I spoke with the owner who was as pleasant and knowledgeable as can be. THE Sandwich is probably the best egg sandwich I’ve ever had. So thankful they are here for the down season.“

“Day one. Lobster roll, clam chowder and a great cup of coffee. Everything freshly made and delicious. Came back everyday, for a week to try the morning sweets. The shop has very good quality retail items, presented without clutter. A lovely place where we will return to again. From Oregon.“

“What a great place to start the day! This is a gem of a morning spot. Rode my Surly Straggler down the highways and byways to get there. Ordered a Maple Oat Latte, Breakfast Sandwich, and an Avocado Toast. It all came out delicious!! Seriously best vacation breakfast. It is a must go if you enjoy tea and/or coffee. Staff was pleasant and made the whole experience. I love a good atmosphere and the outdoor dining and shade was perfect. Really couldn’t ask for more in a morning spot on a ride. Thank you for making my day start right.“

“Amazing place where we stopped for coffee in the morning and discovered free internet, nice ice cream, Acadia postcards, extremely hospitable hostess who didn't charge us for coffee because her card-reading device stopped working and - where a gentleman was walking along the street presenting the passing by ladies with freshly cut flowers. What else do you need to feel like you are a part of a fairy tale?!“

“Very nice atmosphere in this coffee shop. The barista was kind to me and the drink was ready super quickly. I tried blueberry lavender cappuccino 20oz. Highly recommend for those who loves coffee as much as me. Adding something new to the traditional and becoming different is so amazing. I will definitely try another flavor.“

“We had the best iced coffees. They roast the beans, brew the coffee, keg it with nitro, and serve it iced to your liking. Suitable for coffee snobs such as myself. We also had delicious fresh pastries. The service was very friendly and helpful. We'll be back!“

“I really enjoyed this place. Ordered crepes twice(egg and cheese) , one time they did get my order wrong but honest the crepe was still good anyways. It was a bit of a wait (not their fault it was a weekend they were busy) to get which is why I didn’t bother bringing it back. Eating out on the dock was very nice. The side salad that came with my crepes was excellent. I did minus a star because my husband didn’t care for his egg sandwhich but he did like his blueberry crepe he had the prior day. Would recommend.“

“I ordered a blueberry pie from here that was fantastic. The crust was perfect, and the Maine blueberry filling was so good! Everyone loved it. I also picked up a slice of banana bread at the same time that was raved about as well. You will not be disappointed with anything from here.“

“Wow if you haven’t been here recently, it sure has improved by a mile from where it was when they opened in Spring ‘23. Great French fries, I like mine extra crispy. I’ve had a very solid burger and falafel wrap from this spot. The chef takes good care and the front desk is attentive. Place is clean and the shelves are stocked. What more could you ask for? Maybe an ATM.

“An AMAZING breakfast find in the Bar Harbor area! The food was so delicious that I was/will be a regular whenever I'm in Bar Harbor. The food tastes homemade and super fresh. The biscuit was moist and delicious and the homemade strawberry butter was insanely delicious! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!“

“Friendly service, good coffee and delicious in-house bakery items. Seating that encourages socializing with your neighbors. Got a bit crowded if we showed up late (midsummer tourist season), so if you don't want to face a line, show up close to opening time.“
