“Delicious VEGAN breakfast sandwich, it was so good. The rosemary focaccia was out of this world, and I’ve been thinking about it daily after our vacation. Service was friendly and quick and able to answer our questions regarding items being vegan or not. Most were clearly labeled which is a huge bonus!“

“If you've ever had real Italian Gelato from a street vender in Venice, Italy, you will not be disappointed. Gelato, ice cream, and sorbet were all S tier. Best ice cream I've had this side of the Atlantic; very rich, recommend one scoop. Charming book selection. Outdoor seating.“

“Day one. Lobster roll, clam chowder and a great cup of coffee. Everything freshly made and delicious. Came back everyday, for a week to try the morning sweets. The shop has very good quality retail items, presented without clutter. A lovely place where we will return to again. From Oregon.“

“Amazing flavors and cooked to perfection. We had the maple bacon, fruity pebbles and blueberry coffee cake. And a cinnamon dolce and peanut butter cup lattes. The donuts were slightly crispy on the outside which is chef’s kiss on experience. Visit here for a wonderful experience with friendly staff. Added points for the old school hip hop and R&B crankin.“

“Such a lovely bakery! We tried the Hummus Heaven bagel with garlic herb cream cheese spread, and it was absolutely delicious!! The flavors went so well together, and we enjoyed every bite!
We also had the blueberry muffin, which was equally delicious! Definitely a great little spot to grab some yummy breakfast treats in Bar Harbor“

What really made the experience stand out was the customer service. Our cashier, a wonderful Jamaican woman, was so warm, personable, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. She made us feel genuinely appreciated as customers and brought such positive energy to the restaurant.
The cook was also fantastic and took the time to give us recommendations, which ended up being spot on. You can tell the staff truly care about the customer experience and take pride in what they do.We’ll definitely be returning next time we’re in Bar Harbor!“

“I got a cold breakfast sandwich today. With an egg that had been sitting on the grill for who knows how long because I saw it when I came in and every other time I’ve been in they have grilled them. I always get hot coffee to go. This is my last trip here this year and unfortunately it ended this way. Normally it is very good.“

“We were on our first trip to the Southwest Harbor area and were recommended to try out Vacationland and MAN it didn’t disappoint! We are huge coffee lovers and Chris’ knowledge and love of all things coffee is ever present! This cool little spot was so close to our Airbnb and it is right on the water! The breakfast sandwiches are also delicious with Mike on the grill! The coolest part is he offers custom coffee to go in sealed 4pack cans. Can’t wait to go back next year!“
