“Went to this little quaint shop on a whim during a roadtrip, and turned out to be a very memorable stop on my entire trip in Maine. My cappuccino was tasty & smooth. I was greeted at the door by Oscar, the sweet lab. Owner/barista was friendly. I'm sad this can't be my daily coffee stop.“

“We were on our first trip to the Southwest Harbor area and were recommended to try out Vacationland and MAN it didn’t disappoint! We are huge coffee lovers and Chris’ knowledge and love of all things coffee is ever present! This cool little spot was so close to our Airbnb and it is right on the water! The breakfast sandwiches are also delicious with Mike on the grill! The coolest part is he offers custom coffee to go in sealed 4pack cans. Can’t wait to go back next year!“

I really liked the blueberry latte but giving 4 stars since the other pumpkin spice latte we got was pretty bland even after trying to stir it up as much as we could. Definitely get something with blueberry in it if you like flavoring in your coffee!“

“Day one. Lobster roll, clam chowder and a great cup of coffee. Everything freshly made and delicious. Came back everyday, for a week to try the morning sweets. The shop has very good quality retail items, presented without clutter. A lovely place where we will return to again. From Oregon.“

The donuts were slightly crispy on the outside which is chef’s kiss on experience. Visit here for a wonderful experience with friendly staff. Added points for the old school hip hop and R&B crankin.“

“I got a cold breakfast sandwich today. With an egg that had been sitting on the grill for who knows how long because I saw it when I came in and every other time I’ve been in they have grilled them. I always get hot coffee to go. This is my last trip here this year and unfortunately it ended this way. Normally it is very good.“

“Slice of Eden made our wedding cupcakes last year and they were fantastic! We had half of them made as chocolate with Swiss buttercream icing and half blueberry lemon cupcakes with whipped cream icing. They were a huge hit and gone so fast! We decided to have them make us a small blueberry lemon cake with whipped cream icing for our anniversary this year since we did not have one to save from our wedding. They knocked it out of the park! I can’t say enough good things about this place!“
