Played some mini golf next door and decided to try Rodick's after for convenience. I had the BEST fried haddock sandwich ever!!!! So fresh, flaky, and absolutely delicious! I will be back.

Had the lobster dinner, blueberry lemonade, and blueberry soft serve for desert! The lobster dinner was incredible, and only $19 for a massive lobster. I had never eaten whole lobster before, but it was easy enough to figure out with some googling! The meat was very tender and juicy, and the cornbread was really good. The lemonade and blueberry icecream were also really delicious and refreshing. Friendly staff too. I’d absolutely come here again! I left stuffed.

My husband and I stopped by for a little lunch before settling into our campsite. Ordered the lobster dinner because everyone said I HAD to get lobster in Maine. The kind man handed my husband a bag and said “here’s the fries.” Went to grab a “fry” and a whole ass lobster was lookin back at me. He was swimming in a pool of water in the bottom of a takeout bag. Honestly I’m not sure what I expected but a little google search “how to eat a lobster” helped me out.
Cracking open a lobster with a plastic fork and a toothpick was an experience I will never forget.

Had the Cadillac burger and it was awesome and my wife had the scallop plate and that was awesome as well
My husband and I stopped here after a hike in southwest harbor. We got the clam rolls, and they were so fresh and flavorful! This is one of those rare finds where simplicity meets outstanding food! Make sure you also try the blueberry lemonade!

Had the special of “a dozen crab claws for $10” and the lady kindly lent us a cracker. The claws are very fresh. However I learned the word dozen could mean 10 sometimes.

We wanted to try the food here as it was only a few minutes away from where we were staying. The man who took care of us was extremely nice and welcoming of us and our dog. I got the fish tacos and they were pretty good, the fish was fried nicely and tender, I have had amazing fish tacos and these werent amazing but just good. The hubs got the cadillac burger and it was a decent burger with lobster that elevated it a bit.
It's a nice place if you're looking for the convenience factor!

Fresh and delicious seafood at a fair price with super friendly service. Lots of great outside seating options and very dog friendly. 🐕 Try the homemade blueberry lemonade - you will not be disappointed!
Overpriced. The plain burger was small compared to what i was expecting (more like a kids burger than actual burger size). The scallops in the scallop dinner were numerous, but were small compared to others i had. The lobster dinner was a good deal but the lobster's tomally and intestines, made it unappetizing (not the establishments fault, but this particular lobster took more disecting). The sodas also cost $3.25 each. Overall, we spend about $70 and were expecting something better. We came her after a recommendation from a local, but were disappointed.

$22 for the lobster dinner (1.25 lb) is an excellent price, and the corn, coleslaw, and cornbread were all amazing.
Only downside is no bathroom. There is a hand washing station.

Rodick's was such a great experience! We got the fried clam dinner, blueberry lemonades, corn, dough boy, and fish tacos. Everything was really fresh and delicious, and super well seasoned. I loved the fried clam! The blueberry lemonades had blueberries at the bottom and tasted really sweet and fresh. We got the dough boy out of curiosity and it was amazing! Crispy, doughy, soft and sweet. Would definitely order again. The best part was how kind everyone was. Loved the environment and the people. :)

True Maine hospitality!! Not only was the food great but the people were even better! Had the naked lobster and I could hardly put my mouth around it! Most lobster in a roll I’ve ever had.
