Bought a couple of 2 lb. lobsters at the Belfast farmer’s market today. The price was great and the quality incredible. Super sweet and delicious. We were careful not to overcook and every bit was tender and delicious. Absolutely recommend.
Coldwater Seafood in Deer Isle perfectly captured the essence of a quintessential Maine seafood market. Their friendly staff was happy to answer questions and guide me through their impressive selection. I ended up grabbing some live lobsters for a special dinner (they even offered steaming if I needed it!). For a snack, I couldn't resist their homemade smoked mussels.
