Long wait and can’t listen to directions. Coffee sucked because they added sugar which I asked them not to do. Didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes for a new coffee.

SO SLOW…1 person in front of me and took me 13 minutes to get my coffee! I watched as they made eveyone else drink they after 13 minutes she came to window and goes “what did you order” and then I waited some more for them to make! This isn’t the first time!

While the coffee was okay, the person who took my order was horrible to the employees! He spilled milk and proceeded to make someone else clean it up, was openly rude to them, and then turned around and acted as if nothing happened. And he got my order wrong! His name was Sutherland, and he was horrible!! I can't believe that I had my coffee made by such a bitter person!

I was appalled to find my coffee completely lacked any flavor when I ordered a butter pecan. Not all of us have the time of day to come back to your store so you can decide to finally make my order right. There were maybe 2 orders on the board and just a whole lot of ignorance in that store.
Great Dunkin location, the drive-thru is a bit hidden, but that's such a small problem that I'd still go back in a heartbeat.
