Literally the worst Dunkin’ in the nation. Every single time we’ve tried to go here, the wait is 30min or longer. The service is absolutely horrible. No apologies for a wait, just attitude. Sat in drive through today for 30 minutes with no acknowledgement to wait. Finally pulled to the window. Asked if we could order at the window because we had waited for 1/2 hr at the menu board with no acknowledgement. The employee said they were really backed up and no we couldn’t order at the window and we’d have to get back in line. No apologies for the lack of service or wait, just bad attitude. Thank goodness Starbucks is going in next door!

I never thought i would leave a bad review for a place but…. This place has gone downhill. I use to go to this specific Dunkin all the time with my family. There was a nice young girl with black hair in braids or pigtails, and an older lady. Now since they are gone- again it’s gone down hill. The 2 last times that I’ve been in a lady with colored hair argued with my family both times about an online order. They can’t give us what we wanted on the online order I guess? So she told me I had to take it up with the app and not her. The second time it was the same girl and she had the same attitude to a customer in front of us about an online order- she couldn’t get most of what she ordered. Then to us she argued about what we wanted to order saying she couldn’t make it. I’m not sure if they are a franchise. But we said we would just go to a different one that isn’t a franchise so they can make our drink how we like it…And as we left the colored hair girl yelled at us while we were leaving saying something like “good don’t come back”. Completely uncalled for. She was working with a gentleman at that time and he witnessed both encounters. Also they barely EVERRR have donuts.

Went inside to purchase a dozen doughnuts and after waiting in line for 10 minutes was told I have to use the kiosk to get faster service and then proceeded to take cash from the customer behind me that had half as long as I was standing there who knew being a rude customer got you service. Needless to say I never got my order. Worst customer service ever!!

Google suggested this was a busy time but Google was wrong. No cars in lot. No customers present in store. No recognition of us as we walked in. Barely a donut in the display case. Someone did attempt to speak as we were already heading out of the foyer. Place looked clean though. That’s positive.

I’m not one to complain and speak up but I went to this dunkin donuts tonight and the service was awful. I ordered two hot coffees and on one of the coffees they didn’t put the lid on all the way and it spilled all over my hand and burnt it. Out of shock of the unexpected heat, I said screamed and said this is hot I’ve burnt my hand and the gentleman just stared at me. I asked him if he could grab the coffee because I could not feel my hand and he grabbed it and walked away and went to take someone else’s order at the counter not even acknowledging that the coffee burnt my hand or handing me napkins to wipe the hot coffee off my hand. He came back 3 minutes later where I could finally ask for some napkins to wipe my hand. Another woman put a lid on the coffee and I told her that I burnt my hand on the last one that I was handed and she said nothing, handed me my coffee and said to have a nice day, again not acknowledging that I severely burnt my hand. I will call tomorrow to speak to a manager and I will be contacting the owner of this location. Extremely poor service with this situation.
