I was appalled to find my coffee completely lacked any flavor when I ordered a butter pecan. Not all of us have the time of day to come back to your store so you can decide to finally make my order right. There were maybe 2 orders on the board and just a whole lot of ignorance in that store.

We went around 12:30 on a Sunday and ordered in the drive through. We asked for two sandwiches, munchkins, one order of hash browns, and a mango green tea refresher. When we got to the window it took a couple minutes because they seemed pretty busy. We paid and they gave us everything except the refresher, and then told us they were unable to make it. We understood and asked for that money back, but they said they couldn't do refunds and neither could anybody else in the store. We were a little confused because why would they have us pay for everything, then tell us they couldn't make the drink or give the money back? Then another employee came to the window and asked what the problem was, and at this point we were a little annoyed, and the employee said again that there was no way we could get a refund, then said they could make the drink now. We were confused but we said okay, they got us the drink after another couple minutes, and we regretted stopping there in the first place.

By far, this is the slowest DD ever visited! 45 minutes waiting time inside or driving thru. There always at least 5 employees chatting together some on the phone. This location much be closed or change the

It might be good if you didn't have to wait 30 minutes to just get a coffee because you can't go inside and you can't order on the app. But I'm not prepared to wait that long for my coffee.

Dunkin has become a dystopian, mirthless experience. The workers are unhappy. They move about as though defeated by the very experience of working there. The seating area is still, bland, and the silence is audible.

This is the only dunkin I've ever been to where the drinks are the same everyday. Never have to add sugar to hot coffee. Never have to stir it because it's in a pile at bottom of the cup. Very very busy location but they usually get my coffee order right! Please turn on/accept on-the-go Mobile Orders again!! Nowadays, I skip going because the line to order is so long for both inside & drive-thru when I could have ordered on my phone and saved so much time. If you're going, expect to wait at least 20 minutes for just 1 drink, especially on the weekend.

Every time I attempt to go there, they're out of doughnuts by 12-2 and don't want to make more, or they close the lobby so we can never go inside. Happened again today. Got there right as the lady was putting up a ugly hand written sign "Lobby closed sorry". Hopefully this is the right location for Thomaston because the next one up in Rockland is amazing. Go to that one! I give up, everyone I know keeps telling me to go to the other location because this one has no clue what they're doing. I cannot comment on the "Ambiance" of the place because the lobby is always closed.

As is the usual service and drinks from Dunkin, it was outstanding. Coffees and food was delivered promptly and in perfect condition!! The Americano was absolutely delicious!!
