Went to pick up my order and the worker argued with me over my missing cheese curds even though it was clearly on the receipt attached to the bag

Every time I eat here it is great. The bartender Caitlin is awesome

Yeah I prefer this one over the one in auburn very clean, good drinks, and friendly environment

Went their for drinks after work with my co workers and was accused of having a fake id even after answering all the questions they asked me, very disappointed with the service at this location

Decent burgers, probably the best in the immediate area. Some actual spice in some of the seasonings for fries/wings, love the dry seasonings they have here.

Opened everything to make sure it was right. This for $10??? No thanks. So undercooked and a total of what 10? That’s insane. Never again.

I had an experience at Buffalo Wild Wings recently where my order was messed up, but the manager really impressed me with how they handled it. Instead of just apologizing and moving on, they took full responsibility for the mistake, made sure my correct order was prepared immediately, and even threw in some extras to make up for the inconvenience. It’s rare to see a manager take such initiative to make things right, and it made a huge difference. This kind of customer service is what sets Buffalo Wild Wings apart, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

My first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings, the table still had crumbs on it as did the bench seats. The first beer we ordered was flat and we returned it for another beer yet they still charged us for our barely drank flat one we returned. Very disappointed by the service, waitress didn’t check on us during the meal and one of us waited for our meal while everyone else ate. Ordered boneless wings which were more like popcorn chicken so not much meat just breading. Definitely avoid this Buffalo Wild Wings in Topsham ME.

went here for the first time the other day. i dont eat meat, but my friend wanted to go, so i just kinda went with it. got some mozzy sticks, caesar salad, and tater wedges!! mozzy sticks were average, tater wedges were yummy, but the caesar salad was absolutely bomb diggity. i am rather picky about my caesar salads, but this one was BUSS. the shreds of parmesan cheese mixed with that creamy ass dressing...i gotta tell ya, that was really a "zoo wee mama" moment for me LOL!!! 😂😂😂 my waitress was like lightning freakin mcqueen with how fast she got us our food, we were there 45 mins TOPS. i left a phat tip ;))) (an extra 5 dollars) because she was just as sweet as an apple. atmosphere was ight, every inch of the wall was covered with tv's tho which i thought was a bit much. also the only thing they were showing on the tv was literally just sports. sports sports and more sports. football, men, beer, sports. anyhow, it was overall a decent experience, so 4/5!!!
