food was not proberlly cooked and fries were so old and not eatable and food was missing I would never buy anything from them again very dissapointed and dissatsfied and I honestly would not recomend anyone to this location whether in person going or delivery buying

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever.
Do they think we are pigs? They shouldn't even be allowed to call themselves a wing place. Wings are inexcusable the way they overcooked the tiny things. Forgot we had been there 3 years ago and unfortunately went back to this location

Food was cold when it got to the table. I had street tacos and 10 wings and tacos were warm and wings were cold and overcooked. Very not pleased

Haven't been in a few years, decided to go for dinner. When we got there, the man who was hosting said absolutely nothing to us coming in.. I walked up and said hello and asked to eat in for 2. He tilted his head back with the most disgusted and annoyed face. Still has not said anything. Rolled his eyes, sighed and grabbed two menus and tossed them on our table and left. Our waiter seemed fine but seemed either very burnt out or distracted. He came up to ask for our drinks and when he walked away he looked as if he had been drinking and stumbled away. We ordered an appetizer that was not worth it. We both ordered boneless wings and they came out so hard and barely sauced. Weren't really warm. Just totally bummed about it all. Could have handled the poor food but what really got me was the service. Especially the host. Wish I knew their name but unfortunately I do not.

The food here is great. However, customer service is terrible. I have had multiple issues with this location. From being ignored for 5-10 minutes when walking in to waitresses not caring. The latest issue, I dined in and gave the waitress my number for the BOGO free rewards on a Tuesday. She didn’t even put in my number, didn’t give me the check, but dumb me left my cc on the table to pay. She just took my card and gave me the slip to sign. After checking later, I realized she never put in my rewards and I god charged full price without even earning points. I emailed a complaint and never was responded to. This location is a joke. Recommend to get a new manager.

Im mixed on how I feel about this restaurant honestly. We went in me and my granddaughter. Waited by the door 10 minutes Noone even spoke to us. We finally sat down at a table close to entrance. Once the waitress ,who was the only one covering entire floor, came over she was lovely. Boneless chicken was really dry like it had been refried. But cheese sticks were yummy and we had a nice chat waiting for our lunch. Give it a try, they have tons of yummy sauces, it was not enough to soften those nuggets though 😋

My fiancé and I just had chicken wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. We were very disappointed. As we all know this place serves primarily wings but they’ve gotten very tiny over the years, the wings and legs we mean. They were no larger than 2and 1/2” to 3” long! What’s going on with this company. We can go to any restaurant that serves wings and our appetites satisfied with maybe 10-12 wings. I ate 15 wings and easily could have had 10 more… they are too small. C’mon guys! How about serving normal wings with some meat on them. This is a sad state of affairs for a company that specializes in wings.

We placed a pickup order today (Monday) and saw the advertised BOGO deal for burgers online. When my husband called to place the order, the employee said the deal didn’t apply because it wasn’t ordered online. Nowhere in the ad did we see that it was limited to online orders only — and sometimes calling in is just more convenient.

We order from your location often because the service is typically better than our local one here in Augusta. But this experience was disappointing. If your promotions are only valid through certain order methods, that should be clearly stated in your advertising. Otherwise, it feels misleading and frustrating for loyal customers.
Haven’t made ot home yet to eat so can’t attest to how good the food is!

i ordered online. they forgot my drinks i noticed in there and had to ask for them, i didnt get any of my deserts or an oinion ring. i paid 120$ and lost about 45 dollars worth of it! they were also not busy at all there wasnt many people there.
