Most DD lack atmosphere these days, first off. The employees are obviously run ragged and watching them run around like ants, makes me feel bad, even if they are making 15 an hour here, or more. The amount of business that goes through Dunkin is crazy, most of the stores have employees bumping into each other like a bunch of line cooks at an old Dennys. Most of em look very underwhelmed by the customer people and I dont blame them. Some are single moms, single dads, felons, or...

Every time I order ahead they seem to mess it up. More than once I’ve gone through the drive through line given my order number and gotten home and even though they’ve given me the correct beverage, they’ll give me the wrong food which necessitates me having to drive back to have it corrected.

Never order a plain old iced coffee from here, they always seem to mess it up and hand me black iced coffee even though I stated and paid for extra milk in it. They make iced/hot lattes fine there at least.
