As far as the sandwiches go, really nothing standout, nothing to write home about. Once in awhile they come up with a great sandwich. It is a patio atmosphere nothing special or unique. Just so everyone is aware they WILL NOT, and DO NOT honor the AARP discount, what a shame! The owner said that he had never even heard of it. I showed him the discount under my AARP Membership App and he still refused to honor it! Shame on you! Shame on you Firehouse! Discrimination against the elderly, seniors, retirees! Will never go there again. I will go across to Jersey Mike's. Firehouse just lost a whole pocket of business as we have told many of our friends and acquaintances and other seniors. For shame!

Some of the most delicious sandwiches you will ever taste. Stopped by twice on our way to Bar Harbor for a vacation with my partner. It was so good we had to eat it again! I got the Hook & Ladder and my boyfriend got "The Engineer". Staff was very lovely and kind. Our cashier Landon was delightful with positive vibes and great customer service. Will return again, as they have sadly closed all other firehouse sub locations in our home state.

This was my first time at any Firehouse Subs, and I loved it! I liked the daily deals and the quality of the ingredients on the sub. The sub was very yummy and I enjoyed the pickle. I saw a good amount of blue collar workers and that is always a good sign. I like firefighter culture so enjoyed the decor and vibe. I will be back.

As a first responder, one would think when you show up 20 minutes before they close in your ambulance, & uniform, they'd allow you to eat in. Nope they wouldn't allow us to eat inside, we had to eat in the ambulance in the parking lot while we watched them all leave at 805. By then we were done eating. Way to treat the people you claim to cater to. Your cashier also almost double charged me for my order and was caught thankfully before my card got charged. Would not recommend this location or will be stopping here again.

This is one of my first times to this store and I have to say it is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I was waiting outside before the store opened when I witnessed who I'm assuming was a manager chasing their employee through the parking lot screaming and threatening to beat him up.
