Paid $18 to get a sandwich that had only 1 slice of cheese, one slice of ham, and one slice of salami

Ordered two regular BLT’s. They were absolutely the worst sandwiches. We found two slivers of tomatoes and the bacon was burnt to a crisp. The bacon was nothing but bacon bits thrown into the sandwich. I asked for light lettuce but I didn’t mean almost none existent. Who is supervising this location?

They make a really great sandwich! Slightly messy, but very tasty. Atmosphere is "sub shop." I wish they could keep up with cleaning the tables between customers -- or provide Clorox wipes for customers to use.

Decent sandwiches and a good location, but their posted hours are either incorrect or they randomly decide to open a few hours later: had to change plans a few times because of this. Prices have gotten a little out of control though: it's typically $40 for two full sized sandwiches after tax in late 2024.

As someone from NJ this place is a disgrace to the Jersey Mike name. Staff doesn’t pay attention and sandwiches aren’t made to the standard of other Jersey mikes

We had a big group. They got through our entire order quickly with no issues. The service was fantastic and the staff was super kind!
Vegetarian options: The portobello and Swiss was fantastic!
So if you are vegetarian, let them know ahead of time. Otherwise, they slice your cheese on the same slicer they cut meat on. The staff was very kind and understanding. And the subs are yummy and hearty.
Vegetarian options: You can get a veggie sub.

Would rate lower but can't. Store hours are til 9..... sitting in the parking lot at 830 to no one in store and all doors locked
The Topsham Mikes is so understaffed that it takes no less than half an hour out of your day to try and get a sandwich. There were TWO women working, and God Bless them but between the phone ringing incessantly and the people looking to pick up door dash trying to figure out the order or whatever is was they were doing, it looked pretty stressful for the 2 ladies. I felt bad for them. I came and went twice trying to get a sandwich while running errands, but didn't have the time to wait the probably half hour. I bet 3 or 4 people called out on them today. I love the food here but jeez you gotta want it pretty bad to stick around for it

Well, this was my first and last time at a Jersey Mike's! TBH, the Danny DeVito commercials made it look good but it was disappointing. I ordered the Big Kahauna chicken sub and asked Ian to leave the jalapeños out. After he asked if it was dine in or takeout, I said takeout. I paid, got my receipt (she asked me if I wanted a receipt!), which said "DINE IN" at the top, and went to the rest room, which took about a minute. When I came out and started waiting, people who'd ordered after me were getting their sandwiches. After 15 minutes I was just about to ask about mine when a woman in line said, "She's been waiting a long time!" The cashier went to look for my sandwich and it was sitting off to the side somewhere, all bagged up. Anyway, when I got it home and unwrapped it, it was just a mess, with everything mushed up and spilling out. It also had jalapeños on it. And it was really salty. I thought I'd give Jersey Mike's a try, I did, and I'm out!

Ordered online, waited a half hour after my pick up time to be told they didn't know where my order went. Then waited an additional 10 for a refund so I could leave and go somewhere else. Complete waste of time

Very good subs but please pay extra attention to your online orders. Every time I've come to pick them up they've never been ready at their designated time. The Brunswick one does this, too, so this seems like a constant issue with the chain a whole.
