Crispy chicken strips were under cooked, breading falling off, slimy, forgot my dip. Not that it would have mattered with gross under cooked chicken. Fries are stone cold. The manager and owner need to do some reflection and choose to end it all... it if this is acceptable to them... Such gross negligence in food prep... Shame on them. This location needs to be shut down.

Hamburgers are a lot more expensive than I remember. You can spend $13 for just a burger, but there's cheaper options. Bathroom was clean

I’m honestly stunned. I was yelled at by the obviously overworked manager and the lady at the food pick up window that I should have checked my receipt better after letting them know that we were missing three fries. I asked if I could pay for the fries that they didn’t hear me order by walking 10 ft to the others register and they told me no. That I need to drive around and slammed the window shut on me. I decided not to drive back around and instead just wanted to ask for ketchup. I could hear the lady at that window screaming to her manager about me Saying “SHE WONT LEAVE! SHES JUST SITTING THERE! SHE WON’T LEAVE!” The manner opened the window only to insisto start yelling at me before I could even ask for ketchup. I responded with just a “that’s fine. Can I please have some ketchup”. I wouldn’t recommend going to the Topsham location unless you like getting yelled at bc they are frustrated. Wow. Just. Wow,

Store has gone down hill. I usually stop at 7:00 am and get two sausage McMuffins. In the past everything has gone smoothly. The Last few times there has been an extremely long wait at the drive through and gotten wrong orders. This morning they has 4 cars pull into spots to wait for orders. I ended leaving without my order because I could not wait any longer. Needless to say with the food already being bad for you and the terrible service I will never go to a McDonald’s again

Ordered a hot fudge Sunday with extra whipped cream and got a small cup half full of ice cream with a teaspoon.....you read that correct....and 3 little star shaped spots of whipped cream. The whole thing didn't come up to the lip of the cup. They didn't give us our soda at all. Went in to address the issues with our order and was met with a smell of something that was dead and rotting.

I ordered a cake from here and they where really cool about it. Even ordered it for me and called when it made it to the store. Haven't messed up my meals yet. Big ups McDonald's crew

Locked their doors hours before posted time then when i try to go to drive through they tell me they cant take me..... if u wont take people keep your doors unlocked so people can go in and order
Wanting a quick breakfast from this McDonald's location so we pulled through the drive thru for a steak egg and cheese on an English muffin. We got one but it was on a bagel but my husband ate it anyway as soon as we left the drive thru. Within 25 minutes of eating only that sandwich, he became extremely ill. He had a terrible case of food poisoning! Please check times and temps of when your food is cooked and don't serve something that you wouldn't feed to your own family. This was an awful experience and it will be very hard to ever order from this establishment ever again.
