Went to the Topsham McDonald's at 8:20pm. There was a long line because next Door at Wendy's was closed.I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and only mustard and onion. I got home and bit into a RAW BURGER. COMPLETELY RED. With pickles and ketchup. I understand being busy but serving completely raw meat.. could potentially catch your franchise and lawsuit! Check your food before you bite into it from.this place. This isn't the 1st time their food has been nasty! Won't be the last either.

Almost every visit here, because it's closest to home, I feel like I have to keep giving them a chance. I either don't get what I ordered, or no napkins and straws... I considered Topsham my "home store" but lately my orders have been wrong more than right and put together slopy and hard to eat. I hate to say it, but the fries at the one I've started going to are perfectly hot every time. I've had to stop going to Topsham as frequently because of this. I'm not petty, and I have management and McDonalds experience both. I will continue visiting, however, only when necessary. It takes too long to keep trying to fix my order again and again. After getting back in line at drive through or going in just to get a drink or the right sandwich or condiments is a giant time suck. I should be getting free food, pie, sundae, something!

Ordered large fries and a caramel frappe. The fries were only 3/4 full. When I asked the person at the window to please fill the container the manager (Rene) came over and said that was a full fry and refused to add any. Then he said he would give me a refund. When I said I didn't want a refund just a full container of fries he said he would give me a refund and if I didn't leave he would call the police. I have been going to this McDonald's for as long as it has been open and never have I encountered such a rude person. For $5 the container should be full. Stopped at KFC and got 4 chicken breasts 2 potatoes and a coleslaw a biscuit plus a drink for $22 compared to $11 for a lg fry and a lg frappe. I know where I am going from now on.
Fried were so cold we tossed them out to the gulls. Kid was ok nice enough but order came to 10 and change I gave him 21. He couldn't make change.

Just went in and ordered at the kiosk. Blank paper with no order number first of all. Then they call our order and I remind them we also had two MEDIUM vanilla shakes. He goes back to make them and hands us two SMALL vanilla shakes. Thanks for scamming!

After 50 years wrestling with the menu behind the counter, they now give us ANOTHER many many screen touch screen self serve kiosk. Aarrgh, gutta make it easier. Use our 50 years of consistent training. 1. Do it all on one screen. 2 Make it look like the old menu. 3.name the product and place a row of numbers under the name. Tap product, tap how many, tap to check out. 4 burgers, 4 fries, a Coke, a coffee, three shakes, an apple pie , and done.

Almost 20 dollars for lunch it seems I should at least get a full order of fries. I always ask for a couple packets of salt . I very seldom receive the salt. No matter what you order for a sandwich it is very poorly assembled. The only thing mcdonalds has going for it is convenience and even that is slipping
