Disgraceful customer service. Disrespectful behavior and never smiling faces, they don't even say whether the orders are completed or not and they didn't give anything to carry the drinks, I asked myself, the girls are chatting loudly among themselves and are in a state and behavior as if they are going to beat the customer. Disgraceful, very bad, I don't think any of the 3 girls know what they are doing, except for the tall blonde boy, there are no employees, they just hang out and chatter

This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever gone to. Not just one time it is consistent with their poor service. They even had a renovation which took away seating and made their efficiency even worse than it was before. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Starbucks.

It would be amazing to have the drinks that were actually ordered. It's a game now with my wife. We take guesses on what will be wrong with our order. Will it be the wrong size? Maybe caffeine when we ask for decaf? Maybe they'll put whip cream on something that doesn't even come with that? I feel bad they're so short staffed, but at some point it just gets annoying.

I understand they would happily remake it, but circling around through another 10-15 minute line just takes even more time out of the day. I would strongly suggest proper training and staffing to avoid the issue in the first place. You're simply spreading your people too thin.

Waited over 20 minutes for a latte. They just kept making drive thru and left everyone who ordered inside standing there. Definitely short staff. Management is terrible
