The people at this store, make the best chai tea latte ever. I have gone to many different Starbucks stores, and I really love my chai. None of the others make it as good as them. As a matter of fact, I highly recommend that the people in this store train other stores on how to properly make chai. Also, they are polite as heck and make me feel valued as a customer

Dear Starbucks corporation, I drink one of your canned Starbucks, espresso and cream, premium espresso beverages each morning 6.5 fluid ounces. I wanted to let you know lately August 2025. They have tasted a little bit like nail polish and although that can happen from over brewing, it can also happen from acetate contamination (from cleaning products).
Although I would be very happy if I heard you were cleaning your facility very well I would be pretty bummed out if the taste is from the cleaning chemicals and I just wanted you to be aware that it is a little nail polishy tasting lately.
I will continue drinking the beverages. I just wanted to let you know. The expiration date is January 20 626 and the bottom of the can is 0434MA06045D0.

My husband ordered a venti chai latte with 5 pumps of brown sugar syrup. (It's usually 6) It tastes like they did 7-8 pumps & tastes nasty. Stopped on our way to MA, otherwise we would have gone back.

I saw weird, gross behavior from a male worker (who seemed to be in charge) towards what seemed to be an underage worker here and then reported/mentioned it to another male worker and he told me that the behavior has been reported and there has been no change. This is wild!!! this location is protecting predators!!! protect your workers instead!!!

Two teenage boys were working, I asked for 2 pink drinks with extra Boba. What I got was 2 disgusting pink drinks, 5 bubbles, a cover with a microscopic hole that I couldn't even fit the huge straw in.

Wanted my refresher made with green tea instead of lemonade, as I have had it made that way since the first time I ever ordered Starbucks.(including just a few days ago at this very same location). The first person was ok with that but someone cut in on the radio arguing with me saying that’s how Dunkin does it and that they can’t do it and that they only make it with water, coconut milk, or lemonade. The first person came back on and said they could add a splash of green tea to it. Then they argued with each other with the mics on as I drove away. Very unprofessional, will not be coming back.

Disgraceful customer service. Disrespectful behavior and never smiling faces, they don't even say whether the orders are completed or not and they didn't give anything to carry the drinks, I asked myself, the girls are chatting loudly among themselves and are in a state and behavior as if they are going to beat the customer. Disgraceful, very bad, I don't think any of the 3 girls know what they are doing, except for the tall blonde boy, there are no employees, they just hang out and chatter
