Absolute, hands-down, WORST fast food restaurant in the area!!! I have never been able to eat there - not once - because the wait time has been RIDICULOUS! every. single. time! How does this place stay in business???

Waited for over 3 minutes at the register while the manager talked and laughed with the employees out back while staring right at me. I had to raise my hands up for the idiot to send the girl to take my order! Then I get the worst food I have ever had and cold to boot. Try firing all the purple and blue haired idiots and hire actual workers and you may get more customers to return. No wonder it was dead inside at 2pm with only 3 cars in the drive through.

This is a joke. I have gone here 3 different times in the evening to try to eat. There’s been loud rude people hanging out at the counter. Setting there with chairs eating on the counter yelling and swearing. Staff paid no attention I was trying to order. Staff and the hangouts was raising hell using profanity. The place was a mess. I love setting by the fireplace at Wendy’s. At this one there was a person laying across the chairs with a pillow sleeping while another person was laying back watching videos. I’m done with this location. Doesn’t seem to be no manager and if there is they should be fired allowing this restaurant to be run like a run down trashy store. Never returning to this location. State should be investigating.
Waited for 35 minutes in the drive thru with no other cars there, dinning room closed. Then half of the order was missing and couldn’t even get in to tell anyone. And the food was cold.

Do not go here! I just ordered a burger and was eating it in the car when I almost choked on a bread tag that was in the middle. The supposed manager never apologized; was extremely impolite and handled this like a child! Police report has been filed and I will guarantee I will be following up with corporate!!

Go through drive thru and girl couldn’t get anything right!! Completely botched order and multiple missing items due to girl ringing in wrong things plus got home and missing food that was put in! Save your money and go 50 feet up the road to hit Arby’s or McDonalds
