Went inside to order. We order a sandwich on an everything bagel for them to say they don’t have those yet they bring out a whole try of them after we order. I order a bagel with veggie cream cheese and they made it with plain. My drink was not even full all the way. They need to focus more on listening than socializing. I get wanting to socialize but they need to focus on getting orders correct and done efficiently and effectively. Maybe hire some competent people taking orders would help.

I go inside and order "lemon filled donuts", They NEVER have them in abundance. I've asked and they say only get a few and are fast to go out the door. So why don't they get more then a few? Once in the last 2 years I have been able to get 6 lemon filled. Usually none left or maybe 1 or 2 when I go in.

Absolutely the most inconsistent and unprofessional Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. The staff had zero communication with customers, I as well as other customers listened to workers bickering non stop as well as talking shit about their supervisor and upper management. After inquiring about my order that I’d been waiting nearly a half hour for I was rudely treated after inquiring about my order that still wasn’t finished. Serious changes or at least some accountability should be sought. Never again will they receive my business. PATHETIC!!!

Ordered a med iced matcha with skim milk and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. The matcha had almond milk it was soo gross. Luckily, I took a sip before handing to my daughter, who has an almond allergy. I even had corrected the girl taking the order twice and still got almond milk. These people are going to kill someone. The sandwich was also cold, like the cheese didn't even melt, and when I took a bite the egg was half frozen.

The store in Turner Maine has got to be the slowest Dunkin in the state! Takes forever even if you are the only vehicle in the drive through. The crew will stand there gabbing and ignore you even when you into the store.

Their breakfast foods are sub-par. Your safest bet is probably their egg and cheese English muffin. Their hash browns are soggy, not crispy. Their coffee is fine.

I asked for a breakfast sandwich on a bagel and they told me they didn’t have any bagels or sourdough bread, so I got a wake up wrap instead. And when I get to the window I can see inside there’s at least a dozen bagels and two loafs of sourdough bread on the counter. If there was just a couple left I could understand maybe they needed it for a mobile order or something. But a drawer full of bagels? I don’t see why they couldn’t have made the sandwich for me

A went back to this location and the lady at the front was so nice. She was friendly and everything if you want good service fo when Angel is there. She was one of the nicest people and I had to leave a nice tip. Check them out again. Got alot better
