Ordered a croissant toasted with butter. Was handed a croissant not toasted and no butter. Just a croissant in a bag. Pretty simple order to not screw up but somehow they still managed to screw it up. I try to bite my tongue when businesses make mistakes but last week I was given a completely different coffee and had to dump it out. Guess I’ll be going to aroma joes down the street from now on.

My issue is more of an app issue, if the store doesn’t have something they can’t refund. Went to pick up my order half of it was there and I was told I was all set. They seemed off put when I asked where my other half of my order was…I was informed they were out of that item so I bought a $9.49 item they generously offered me a $5.67 replacement. Between the app and getting a supplement item that’s worth almost half as much.
A service based business I guess I have higher hopes.

Me and my brother went here 2 days in a row. Both days we went, the wait was almost 20 minutes for 2 coffees, and 2 donuts. We had to call out our order since It wasn't somewhere we could grab it but it was ready, and then we finally got it. They didn't even mix our coffees the first day we went, the second day they did. Unrecommended to come here, but if you need a coffee and no other dunkin near, it will work.

Food and drink is what you would expect for a Dunkin’ Donuts. They had 5 workers which seems like enough but there was still over a 15 minute wait for one sausage wake up wrap and a small hot black coffee. Pretty ridiculous

I live in the next town over but I like to go in the morning and grab my coffee here.
Drive Thru wait was too long, and when we finally got to the window the order was wrong. Out of almost every option and repeated the order and it still got messed up.

Worst place to go in at it took 30 minutes to get a blue raspberry coolata multiple people came in and were complaining about the slow service for so many people to work there and not take care of customers in a timely fashion is ridiculous there should be a rule that if your order takes more than 10 minutes its free maybe people working will pay better attention to paying customers instead of whatever it is they do
