Worst place to go in at it took 30 minutes to get a blue raspberry coolata multiple people came in and were complaining about the slow service for so many people to work there and not take care of customers in a timely fashion is ridiculous there should be a rule that if your order takes more than 10 minutes its free maybe people working will pay better attention to paying customers instead of whatever it is they do

Went inside to order. We order a sandwich on an everything bagel for them to say they don’t have those yet they bring out a whole try of them after we order. I order a bagel with veggie cream cheese and they made it with plain. My drink was not even full all the way. They need to focus more on listening than socializing. I get wanting to socialize but they need to focus on getting orders correct and done efficiently and effectively. Maybe hire some competent people taking orders would help.
