We love having a Lazy day off together, it doesn't happen often. So when we do, Brunch is our go to! We wanted something local, and to try a new place. Let me just tell you that Terry & Maxine's hit it out of the park! From the minute we pulled into to the 2 gals at the front desk when we were leaving. It was clean, bright, welcoming, friendly......and this was all BEFORE we tasted the food! I got the Smashed Hash, and OH EM GEE was is delicious! I had to share it with my other half! We cannot say enough good things about the flavor of the Maple Corned beef! We grabbed a slice(ok we grabbed 2) of Shel's apple crisp cheesecake and looooord did it take all my will power not to dig into it on the drive home! We brought home some leftovers that my beautiful dog jumped on us walking in the door to get too! Hands down great all around!
If you are looking for local, down to Earth, friendly food with a delicious twist on flavors, then look no further Terry & Maxine's is the place!

I had the burger and fries which were fine but not anything special. The raspberry sour was great. Service (I sat at the bar) was great. Felt like the kind of place that would see me often if I lived locally.

The food was beyond bland, the steak was inedible..would have shared this with the waitress had she ever came back to our table to ask how everything was but, worst service ever! If you’re looking for the culinary experience of a nursing home, this is the place for you 😏

Im relieved to find a good breakfast place. Usually im searching around Rumford area n finding nothing good so this place is kinda like finding gold. In the seacoast of southern Maine Ive been spoiled with many good places to eat n meet up with friends but not here. Ive been been looking forward to a good cup of coffee n have not found such until this day at Terry n Maxines.....finally a really good cup of coffee to my liking. My eggs n hash were pretty good too. A little further away from home base but doable for me. I like this place...service n seating were good n comfortable. So happy when a restaurants has cozy booths instead of all tables....so inviting. Thumbs up to Terry n MAxines on this restaurant.Forgot to hit Send on this Sept 20th Stopped today at T&M.i had Frittatta cor beef hash n sweet potato in it with other ingredients too. It was too filling for me. My daughters strawberry crepe would of suited me better.....maybe next time. Today my eyes were bigger than stoach. Its a good restarant.

Accurate wait time stated. Comfortable booth. Large breakfast variety and portions. Professional service providing accuracy and addition to detail by Shelley. Layout provides opportunity for easily heard table conversation. Will certainly recommend to others and be back ourselves.
