This small cozy brewery has some of the best food and beer in the area by far. I found Sidereal Farm / Maillard kitchen looking for a caterer at a wedding show back in February. Between then and 2 days ago, we visited a few times and loved it each time. We decided to have them cater our wedding out in Livermore Falls at Golden Pine Farm & Wedding Barn this past weekend and they absolutely crushed it. We made the menu custom what we wanted (not off a premade catering menu)...
The food and the variety are so great to find in our town of Vassalboro. Of course it is conveniently located between Augusta and Waterville. I’ve enjoyed their pasta and their smoked chickpea salad, while others in my group raved over the Vege burger. The staff is also super friendly, so make sure you stop by. It is worth it!
New to the area, we are thrilled to have discovered this place. Service is top notch friendly with Andy and Davy. We’ve been 3 times and it already feels like our “place”. We’ve made friends! We have had delicious dishes made from local meats to exotic kangaroo!
