Wow, it's amazing how no one has personality anymore. The guy that waited on me never properly greeted smiled or said anything pleasant. One woman made direct eye contact....I smiled and she looked away without a smile. The only pleasant one was the girl making the coffee. I'd say if people are so unhappy with their job they they are getting over paid to do they need to seek another job.
