XOTA Brewing Company in Waterboro, Maine, is a fantastic spot that hits all the right notes. The owners, Josh and Jen, are incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home from the start. Their passion for their craft shines through in the delicious beers and seltzers they serve. Whether it’s a smooth pale ale, a rich stout, or a crisp seltzer, there’s something for everyone, and each drink is crafted with care.
The food truck keeps things fresh with a menu that changes...
We were a party of four and each of us thoroughly enjoyed it As we played cribbage in the beer garden, we did partake in a few libations. The REO dipa, Ossipee MTN pale ale and the Peanut butter Thunder, were awesome... As a mater of fact a 4 pack came home with us. Definitely a do over. Zeke, the brewery canine, was a welcome addition and great greeter.
One of my favorite breweries around. The owner is super nice and knowledgable. If the Indecisive Food Truck is open make sure to check it out! Super yummy and affordable. Their Peanut Butter stout is one of the best beers around. One of the few I've voted 5 stars on Untappd.
