Wow, these guys were friendly! Manager came and said Hi. Waitress and hostess were very pleasant and most importantly, professional. Oh, and the food was good, probably should led with that.
Cindy at the Waterville location provided some of the best service I’ve had in a long time! She really promoted the Applebees brand and the quality. She presented multiple options to improve the experience! Great job Cindy!

The service is attentive, with the waitstaff checking on customers while they dine. The bar area is managed well, ensuring orders are correct and promotions are handled. However, the restaurant has faced some challenges, with undercooked steaks and a tall manager who kept circling and staring at people, which got creepy. The other manager did not do that. Overall, Applebee's provides a generally enjoyable dining experience, though some improvements may be needed to maintain a consistently positive atmosphere.
