I've been really impressed with the young staff here being able to gracefully serve the always busy drive through, constant dash pickups, and me at the counter with surprising speed without missing a beat. You can even expect to be treated to genuine smiles, well-versed recommendations, and quality products freshly crafted to order. The top notch staff and delicious coffee make it possible to overcome the goofy name, which says a lot. 😜

DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS HERE. The Waterville Joe's is generally one of my favorite ones to visit. I had to stop placing online to go orders here as the lobby is frequently closed without warning and there is no way to pick up your paid items without going thru the drive thru. When this happens you might as well say goodbye to your money because the line is always long and slow and with the lobby being closed, the town of Waterville will issue you a $150 fine for waiting...

Very slow drive thru. They're making larger orders to delivery to companies. Might be better if you park and go inside but may be not. If they would make it right every time...they work hard poor management.
