“One of the only burger places around that celebrates the seasons and holidays. They also have a community fundraiser. And are involved with local non profits. The manager seems professional, nice and he knows how to run a restaurant. The employees were professional. The food is good. A fun place to have a burger.“

“They were in a large rush due to the influx of people from my marching band but the service was good. I got the veggie sandwich with cheese and the only note I have is I want more mushrooms, but I can just ask for that in the future. The milkshakes took a while and my friend wasn’t a fan of hers but, once again, total rush. The reviews everywhere was tacky.“

“Went to Ruby Tuesday on Wednesday and go the salad bar, which was suppose to be 6.99 on special when we got our bill the girl had charged us 12.99 each and we call her back to the table and told her she had made a mistake in the price she changed it to 6.99 but are we suppose to tell her we want the special? I thought if it was on special when you order salad bar you shouldn’t have to check your bill .“

“We stopped here on way to Orono Friday. The food was so good! Two of us got salads which were absolutely amazing for fast food. My son got a double cheeseburger and fries and all of the food was very good. The restaurant was clean and staff was helpful.“

“The manager on shift had the personality of a rock. Shoved our drinks and food at us. Didn't ask if we wanted any condiments. We sat at the window for 5 minutes waiting to ask for the dipping sauce, which we wanted. After looking at us multiple times and not coming back to the window, my husband honked the horn. After honking and waving her back over, she opened the window with the worst attitude and just looked at us. After asking for the sauce she passed them over and slammed the window. Customer service is the biggest part of the fast food world being one who worked at BK for 17 years as an owner....SMH but I'm not knocking the whole crew. I just hope they don't follow in her personality footsteps.“
