I love Starbucks I just wish this locations hours were better, 7-2 T-F and only open until 3:30 on the weekends. This is their biggest downside, please start staying open later
Inability to deal with volume of orders. Learn to turn off “order ahead”. App allowed order, drive through moving nicely… orders for mobile pick up… delayed 45 minutes!!!
Waiting more than 25 minutes in store watching at least one man behind the counter not doing a thing…
you guys just opened back up and you would think you would know the standard build for a strawberry aici... no, I got mine and went right back to drive thru to have it remade and you wanted to argue with me that it was made correctly.
taste like water, I asked for less ice and extra strawberries. I got extra ice and barley any strawberries. I'm not a happy customer!
