The gentleman at the first window, upon ordering was beyond helpful. I didn't know the menu and ordered what I thought was just a flavored coffee. When asked, if there was cream and sugar in it, he said what I ordered was a latte. He then suggested a coffee but, with the added flavor. And when I asked for a certain add on he suggested rather than that flavor shot the syrup as it was more of the actual flavor. Sorry this is such a long review but, I think it's super important to recognize people that go out of their way to help other people in this world! So thank you very much to this young man and I hope you get the recognition you deserve 👏🏻

Not well lit up from the road. We passed by thinking it was closed. Easy uturn at the Cumberland farms. Open fairly late and service was decent. Typical Aroma Joe's.
They mixed up our coffee order, but we didn't notice until we got back on the road. No worries though, because the coffee was awesome!

I was behind t Nikki g... they passed a line of 6 cars and a camper to get there putting their child at risk, waited in line, yelled at the employee, threw their trash out on the ground when they left the drive thru...

WORST SERVICE AND COFFEE EVER!!! When we got our drinks one of the kids wasn't on all the way it spilled all over my husband's lap. Then he goes to ask for a napkin. And they didn't understand. So he tells them the lid wasn't on all the way and ask again for napkins. The girl basically ignores him and says in a snarky voice have a nice day and closes the window. Also my pumpkin latte was DISGUSTING! BURNT COFFEE. I couldn't even drink it.

Don't bother going to the walk up window. Stood there for fifteen minutes. Cars came and went through drive thru. No one bothered to even acknowledge my presence, even though they saw me standing there
