This is our favorite bread bakery in the Southern Maine and coastal New Hampshire area. We typically buy their sub rolls, burger buns, and then one of their sliced loaves. They also have ready to eat food, but we go for the bread.
Great shop offering so much more than bread. We enjoyed an enormous cinnamon roll, scone,brownie,and magic bar. Everything was fresh and delicious. Theyalso offer breakfast sandwiches and lunch items.

OMG! We just went to Borealis for the first time on Christmas Eve and it was an 11/10. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast paninis (rosemary bread!), pastries and coffee were so delicious. It was truly the best (and jolliest) start to the day!
