I frequently buy the chicken croissant sandwich when I go to Congdons donuts. but it has always been missing my favorite side which are chips. so last Sunday I’m in there buying the sandwich, and lo and behold they had just started offering chips! now just add a pickle! Win win!
This place is amazing all around! The workers are all friendly and smiling! The food is always hot and tasty! The value is within reasonable! The location is beautiful! The wait time is quick!
I had the apple fritter, Boston cream, and lemon filled. The lemon curd was good, not nearly the best I've had, but definitely good just wish it had a little more filling, the apple fritter was as expected, only complaint is completely out of their hands so I can't fault them on it, I just wish it was a little warm vice cold, like it had been chilled, the Boston cream also was as expected all in all not bad at all, I will be back, but next time I'll come earlier...
