Very convenient location as it's right in front of the village by the sea hotel. I've always had good service here during the summer.

There was a girl making drinks behind the counter who had to be no older than 10. That can’t possibly be legal. Also took 15 minutes to place an order in an empty store.

So, on my way to work, my buddy and I stopped to get Dunkin’ Donuts, as we do every morning and the “TWO” workers walked in a side door adjacent to the building and went to the cash register with a headset on and tickets rolling off the printer and we stood there for 12 minutes ignored and left! Sweeet

Literally sat in the drive through for half an hour with 1 person in front of me. Also charged me for the car behind me, and when I corrected them, it took 10 minutes to do a refund, and they still didn’t charge me the correct amount.

Dunkin Donuts more like Flunkin Donot go there - totally screwed up my order - should have known when the kid on the register was on his scooter. Go to Bevs or Brewed Awakenings.

we have ben going to dunkin’s in Wells for many years we always have our dog with us she is so excited to get her munchkin which has always been offered and our last visit she always barks the young lady jumped back i think afraid of dogs so the Asst Mgr said roll up your window that was inappropriate. i’m sorry but she was inappropriate because most dogs bark😍

The customer service at this location is above and beyond anything I've ever seen in Vermont. Never spent more than 3-4 mins in line in 4 days. Polite and friendly employees but the best part....they. STIR. The. coffee. A single tear ran down my cheek as I tipped the dude 10 bucks. That location deserves a round of applause ?
