They were so nice. Even when we had a small order mixup, they apologize profusely and righted the wrong. The lobsters were cooked perfectly.
We ate at Mike’s a few days ago. I was so disappointed. We had eaten here previous years when visiting the area. We were seated immediately upon arriving but, honestly that’s where the good service ended. After our server took our order and our food was delivered to our table she never came back. Never checked in to see if we needed anything or to see if our food was ok. I found a long hair cooked into my cheeseburger. I waited for her to come back but she never did. We needed refills on our drinks but, considering she never came back we obviously never got refills on our drinks. Our server dropped our bill at the table walking by and literally said “here’s your bill”. We hadn’t asked for the bill. I was so disappointed in this treatment that I stopped on the way out and spoke to the person at the host stand asking them to pass this experience along to management. I told the staff member at the host stand about the hair baked into my burger and how dismissed we felt. The restaurant was busy but, there were lots of empty tables at the time. I’m really hoping the staff member I spoke to passed along my concerns to management.

The most reasonable price for fresh live lobsters we've found from north to south in Maine. It's not a restaurant but they will boil the lobsters for you and you can eat at their outdoor picnic tables. There's also a very clean bathroom inside for customers. Remember to bring a nutcracker if you have one. They didn't crack the lobsters enough, so we had a hard time working our way through. Yummy though.

Their lobster rolls are just the best! Non-pretentious and delicious. They load the lightly toasted roll with lots of lobster meat for you. They gave a generous parking lot in the front and you don’t have to pay for parking. Inside they also sell delicious clam chowder and wine bottles among many other things. Enjoy!!!
