I wandered into Spiller's to check it out.After loitering a bit, I decided to have a steak and cheese sub. The lady was preparing the food by herself..... I'd expected it wouldn't take that long.Boy was I wrong!I finally got my sandwich and took off.Finally sat down to eat it.What a Surprise! Fresh baked bread! The steak and cheese was to die for! It was AWESOME!GO! ORDER SOMETHING! WAIT FOR IT!YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!
What a wonderful STOP HERE, SLAM ON THE BRAKES place. First time in Maine, wandering the back roads and came upon Spiller's farm store. They have everything here, from the pumpkins to a great wine find that paired well with their fresh apple cider donut holes and chocolate chip cookies. Once we left the store we walked around the property seeing beautiful fall foliage, a replica of a covered bridge and some goats and geese. It was a great stop.

What an amazing store! Everything is fresh, pizza is delicious, cider and apple cider donuts are the Best ever! Service is friendly. Ambiance, is like walking into a bakery of country comforts with fresh produce, meats, spices, seasonings and there is a modern twist of your favorite drinks, chips, and bread.
