“Used self checkout. Was asked to weigh it. Place it on area that indicated it was a scale. ( big scale sign. ). Didn’t work, so I asked for assistance. Store employee said to ignore the sign as it wasn’t a scale. I asked her where the real scale was and she said in front of the scanner. I asked her why it wasn’t marked that it was the real scale. She said she didn’t know. Other customers nearby also were wondering the same.“
