You may have to wait a bit, but relax… this is Maine, and you have chosen a fine dining experience. Enjoy a cocktail and the soothing view of the Kennebec river with fresh flowers blooming around you. When your meal comes, you will savor every bite. We had the Meatloaf sandwich and the Mushroom sacchetti. Both delicious- the oval meatloaf was served atop fluffy, real, whipped potatoes on a garlic crostini, with an herbed tomato-ey sauce. The sacchetti were served with a fresh mushroom medley and a sublime, creamy sauce to be mopped up with the side crostini. We made off with a freshly baked, cream-filled oatmeal sandwich cookie to be consumed later- I challenge you to find its equal!“
