“Love the food and it’s a great atmosphere ❤️“
“My husband and I regularly pass the White Wolf when headed to Sugarloaf for a full day of biking. We finally stopped in to see if the wolf burger was as good as my husband remembered when he hiked the Appalachian Trail 10 years ago. The decor was circa 1960s roadside inn. The food and service at this unique stop did not disappoint. The expansive whiteboard was filled with specials and is updated regularly as the chef offers a variety homemade appetizers, meals, and desserts. Each one made with wild picked or homegrown ingredients. The duck empanadas and fried fiddleheads sounded interesting and were great appetizers. I got the roasted pork with criminalized apples and cranberries and it tasted like thanksgiving. The veggies it came with were wild-picked, creatively prepared, and so tasty. The fries were hand cut and the burger roll was home baked. It didn’t take much convincing to try the raspberry dessert which of course was from her own raspberry patch. The gentlemen who severed us was lovely and we look forward to coming back to see them again.“

“The food was amazing! Fried fiddleheads with killer Alfredo sauce appetizer! Dinner was VERY good as well. We had shrimp & fiddlehead fettuccine and country fried steak with mashed potatoes. The Alfredo sauce and brown gravy are 100% perfect!“

“Trails end steak house was good for mostly the only thing around, we got sea scallops, haddock, and steak tips, the haddock and scallops were good for a smaller portion but the steak tips had a little to much teriyaki but the salad bar was full and had all the sauces and sides, our server was also good not that talkative though“
“Quality of food was really good, especially in comparison to other choices in the area. Fresh greens, good flavors. Wait staff was superb. Good selection of Maine beers. Was exactly what I needed before playing 18. A bit pricey but I can say that about the entire Carrabassett Valley experience.“

“Good beers good food good atmosphere. Bouncers/bartenders need to be trained better. I am in my mid twenties and was told my ID was fake on multiple occasions (I’m from out of state, but come on, they should know). Unnecessarily stressful“
