Hadn't eaten there in probably 20 years.Pro tip! Order the Au jus on the side!Prime Rib has a fantastic crust that needs to be enjoyed! Unfortunately, I forgot and it came drenched in the Jus which completely saturated and spoiled the superb crust. Won't do that again!Great piece of meat however. A very nice dinner for two.Drinks- wine, beer, Rye whiskey, Old fashioned. Served appropriatelyAppetizer- Loaded baked potato skins. DeliciousMain- 14oz Tomahawk ribeye med rare cooked perfectly and Baked stuffed haddock and scallops done nicelyServer- Jared did a great job. Friendly, helpful, not overbearing.Atmosphere - very "cabinesque" exactly what you would expect from a steakhouse in northwestern Maine, complete with taxidermied bear and turkey!
