It's a shame they are almost always out of something. I love Popeye's but this franchise should be closed and get another franchise that care about their business. If I had the money for the franchise I would run it much better!

I stopped today on Feb 20 at 2:28pm (check #14039) for a quick meal of a #1 combo and after 4 other customers after me got their meals, I asked where my sandwich was. The guy who took my order said he didn’t know the chicken was done. He forgot the cheese I asked for and didn’t put down regular fries when I placed the order so I had to settle for spicy fries And they were cold when I ate them on the road.. I am completely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service would like to keep making my regular stops but management needs to make some improvements.

Out of tenders. Seriously. On a weekend. I ordered the Shrimp only tackle box. Told me I couldn't have it. But gave me popcorn shrimp only.
14 bucks to find a hair and everything was bland. I won't come back. At least the 2 sandwiches broke the kitchen down. The cook lady asked 3 different times what orders were going. 1 mild 1 spicy. I heard it repeated 3times so I remember what the orders were! Gloves were worn but never changed even after handling money. Fast food was kinda acceptable to be gross when you could get a sandwich for $3 to $5 bucks. But now $14 is still a solid plate at a nice establishment. Why would I ever come here is the real question

Stopped in just before 5:30 pm on a Thursday in February. They had almost no food left. I ordered a two piece meal and was told they had no bone-in chicken ready and it would take 12 minutes to prepare. 20 minutes later I finally got the meal. Apparently they close at 6 pm in the winter which is ridiculously early for one of two dinner spots at a highway rest area. Also, their product board says the combo dinners include a small drink but I was told it didn't apply at this location.
