“Westbrook OnTap is a good place to go. On Thursdays they usually have an open mic where people can come in and perform. The mood is relaxed and supportive of both amateurs and seasoned professionals. The food comes from Westbrook House of Pizza and the pizzas are good. The bartender is very nice and accommodating. It’s a good place to go.“

“First time ordering was about a week ago and boy was I starving! I was so pleasantly surprise at how good the food tastes! I got a Good Ol' Burger and I'll tell you what... it was delightful. So good that I ordered another one today with crispy fries. The portions were spot on, price was good and the staff was friendly when I picked it up. I love trying new places and this is one I will continue to go to. Great Job Guys!“

“Munjoy Hill Tavern was the perfect dive bar we were in search of in Portland. We came in later on a Friday night and were able to sit at the bar and enjoy $3 Miller High Life, something every dive should have. The bartender was friendly and let us take over the TouchTunes, to which we discovered we had 50 credits. Needless to say we took full advantage. The bar also has live music on other nights and a full back patio deck. Overall, great Portland dive!“

“We stopped in the late afternoon just for drinks, and I wish I had time on the trip to return for some food. The place is dark, but as other reviews mention, in a good speakeasy vibe way. They have a good selection of whiskeys and bourbons. The bartenders were welcoming and had connections to Arizona, where I live! Their version of the black Manhattan and the boulevardier were a perfect welcome to Portland. I hope to return.“

“Last minute accommodations: My daughter’s high school graduation/pool party celebration had been canceled twice, and we were at a loss. Chaps’ upstairs event room saved us. This kid works two jobs in our community and she deserved the great time we had today. Our locals look out for one another and today was proof. Thank you, Chaps Saloon.“

“The Tav is a go-to when I travel to my home in Falmouth. Ate in the bar at a hi-top with a drink and the Pan-seared Haddock accompanied by mashed potatoes and string beans. Finished the meal with Italian lemon cake and a mug of coffee. Price point not spectacular, but quick, efficiently delivered service and decent food in a congenial setting.“

“We were on a tight schedule to catch a flight home. Deija, our server was so kind and helpful. She put in our order as she seated us, she went above and beyond to make sure we had our meal so we could enjoy and not feel rushed. The haddock sandwich was very good.“
